• Activations Website: If you signed up through our website, log in to your account here. Once logged in, click the “Cancel” button.
• Apple: To manage or cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and select our app. We cannot cancel it for you. More details here.
• Android (Google Play): To cancel, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, go to ‘Payments & Subscriptions,’ and manage your plan. We cannot cancel it for you. More details here.

If you remember your password and want to change it, follow these steps once you're signed in to your account on the app:

• Go to Profile > Navigate to Settings > Select Change Password

If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page of the app. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Alternatively you can also reset your password on our website under https://www.activations.com/user/login.

We're excited to offer you the best value with our Yearly membership, helping you quickly become Your Future Self! The process varies based on where you initially signed up:

Please note, any subscription changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We would be sad to see you go, but yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, allowing you to continue enjoying the app until then.

Your free trial lasts for 14 days from the moment it starts. This gives you two full weeks to explore and experience all the features Activations has to offer.

• Open the audio you wish to download. 
• Click the three dots at the bottom right of your screen and select Download.

Your downloads will be available in your Playlists tab at the bottom of your screen.

Absolutely! Managing the auto-play feature is quick and simple. Here’s how to toggle it on or off:

• Open any audio in the app.
• Look at the bottom of the screen for the control buttons.
• Click the second button from the left to turn the auto-play feature on or off.
