I cannot express enough how absolutely life-changing the Activations app has been for me! I have told countless people about it already because | just can't get enough of it. I've been using the app for about 2 years now. I love the variety of situations and
topics from health, wellness, positive mindset, goal setting, dreaming etc. it seems like there is an activation for almost any goal you might have. Lately I listen daily, starting with the getting ready or just a quick mindset shift if I'm short on time. I also love the travel ones which I used recently to calm my nerves on a plane ride. I find the combo of music and voice to be so calming and
